Trap

Description: Singles American Trap is shot 16 yards behind a traphouse which throws targets away from the shooters. The targets are thrown at the same vertical height but oscillate laterally for either left, right, or straightaway targets. The 5 shooters stand at 5 stations and each take a shot at a bird until they have each shot 5 birds at that station. Then they rotate to the next station, (1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5, and 5 to 1). A round is 25 birds with one shot per target.
